2012 Annular Solar Eclipse - Annular Phase 4

The annular phase of the eclipse comes to an end (North is up). Because the camera is on an equatorial mounted telescope, the direction of the zenith is at the ~10 o'clock position (position angle Q = 54°, measured couterclockwise from North (up)).

The eclipse magnitude is the fraction of the Sun's diameter occulted by the Moon, while the eclipse obscuration is the fraction of the Sun's area occulted by the Moon
